As companies seek to enter China or build their businesses here, a detailed, well-planned growth strategy is key to success. In many areas, China remains uncharted territory as both consumer needs and business needs are rapidly evolving. Our goal is to help clients navigate the Chinese markets and identify opportunities they can leverage to build their business.
Typically, we will begin by evaluating clients' existing assets and capabilities to determine what can be easily applied to a plan for growth in China. Once we have a clear picture of our client's existing assets, we then analyze the competitions and the needs of target accounts to determine where our client should focus its investment. In mapping out that growth strategy, we consider a wide range of China-specific factors such as influence of relevant government regulations, consumer characteristics, and capabilities of foreign and domestic competitors.
