I worked for Bain for 4 years in Italy as an Associate Consultant and one year in the UK for Goldman Sachs as an intern. While thinking about the next best step for my career, I decided to get a MBA and move to China. More and more European firms are taking advantage of China's growth, and I felt that I would be best positioned to help them with my consulting background in Europe and knowledge of China.

I joined CMR because I felt that its mix of standards of excellence and knowledge of China's markets specifically position it to be the best firm to deliver market intelligence to clients in China. I wanted to be part of that. It is an exciting place to be because of its entrepeneurial culture, fast growing nature and the high level of the research we produce for clients.

I am glad that I moved from a large consulting firm to a fast growing one. With CMR, I get more responsibility and more opportunities than with largers firms. It was a good career move for me.
