Mick, American, Senior Advisor, Former Director Strategy and Marketing DuPont China

Prior to joining CMR as a Senior Advisor, I worked as head of strategy and marketing for DuPont China where I developed and implemented growth strategies for DuPont's various business units in China that significantly increased growth and profits across the company. Before DuPont, I was a consultant for PwC in their marketing and sales practice and also in the M&A department of GE.

My role with CMR is to grow our industrial practice by identifying growth opportunities for our clients and helping them implement world-class operations, sales and marketing strategies. China is moving into a period of tremendous growth and opportunity for industry but challenges are plentiful. Key issues face global players now, such as growing competition from domestic Chinese players, growing recognition from international players that understand the importance of the China market, consolidation, and shifting supply and value chains.
