I strongly believe that the most important factor influencing one's personal development is the people you surround yourself with. Learning from my teammates is my favorite part of CMR. You can learn many research and analysis skills in the classroom, or from a book. But through working with my colleagues at CMR and on project with Fortune 500 companies, SMEs and private equity firms, I am learning skills that cannot be formally taught, such as how to think fast, think creatively, and contribute meaningfully as a member of a team. The exposure I have had to a wide range of industries is also an invaluable and rare experience for someone in this early stage of their career.
